My system consist of sculpture of black pipe welded by a good friend.  The pipe was a lot cheaper than angle iron.  It contains 2 self converted kegs along with a 70 quart cooler.  I pump from the Hot Liquor Tank to the Mash Tun then gravity feed into the Boil Kettle and then into the Fermenters.

I originally wanted to do a system without a pump.  My original design did not work because the frame was not square.  I was getting frustrated and broke down and bought a little giant pump.  I am glad I did.

55 gallon Kettle.

First brew with 55 gallon Kettle

I think I maxed out the Mash Tun.

Doesn't take much from this burner to get a boil.

My 55 gallon fermenter from the LHBS which used to hold malt extract.

Preliminary Brewery design.  Didn't work out.

70 Quart mash tun with stainless steel hose braid.  Works great.

Bulkhead detail

50 feet of 1/2 inch copper wrapped around a corny then silver soldered together with flattened 3/8 copper tubing.  No flopping around with this chiller.  It's very effective

Final product of a lot of hard work.
