My name is Cliff Kuykendall and I live in Puyallup, Washington. I began brewing extract kits in February '04.

I brewed my first all grain batch May 1, 2004.

03/03/05 Update

Added new brewery page. Brew day with 55 gallon mash tun.

11/23/04 Update:

Added pics to the Brewery Details. My first brew in the 55 Gallon Kettle.

10/23/04 Update:

I have replaced my stainless hose braid with Bazooka Screens after having a stuck sparge.

I have acquired a 60 gallon brew pot which I will be converting to a boil kettle and will convert my 170 qt cooler into a mash tun.
